1. Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Standard Life x Altor website, application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Altor Wealth Management LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (OC415262).

4. Our Services

4.1 Financial Education & Tools

We provide educational content, financial calculators, and planning tools to help you understand and manage your finances. These tools provide general information and do not constitute personalised financial advice.

4.2 Financial Health Check

Our financial health check helps you assess your current financial situation and identify areas for improvement. This is an educational tool and does not constitute financial advice.

4.3 Regulated Financial Advice

If you choose to receive regulated financial advice, this will be provided under a separate client agreement. Our advice is personalised based on the information you provide about your financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance.

5. Important Notices

Capital at Risk: The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

The tools and calculators on this platform provide estimates based on assumptions that may not reflect your actual circumstances. Always seek professional advice before making financial decisions.

6. Fees and Charges

Access to our educational content, tools, and financial health check is provided free of charge as a benefit for Phoenix Life employees.

If you choose to receive regulated financial advice from Altor Wealth, our fees are clearly set out on our website and in your client agreement. Our standard advisory fee is £825 per month for ongoing advice.
